Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

At PFCC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our return & exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt.
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that PFCC currently offers exchanges only and does not support refunds.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

• A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Important: Once a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange, and PFCC will not be held responsible.

Return & Exchange Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome, including whether your exchange request has been approved.

Each exchange request is limited to a replacement of the same item, must be supported by a valid reason, and is subject to approval.

Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your exchange request. Your patience is appreciated.

Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location and logistics arrangements

PFCC 提供“更换服务”，暂不支持退款政策。

每项更换申请仅限于同一产品更换，并需提供合理原因且通过我们的审核。
